Accounting Outsourcing Europe’s intent is that the intellectual property rights of all parties are respected on our Website. If you believe that your work or intellectual property has been copied on our Website in a way that would constitute copyright infringement, please provide us with the information specified below as a “Notification of Alleged Infringement.” Our policy is to respond to clear Notifications of Alleged Infringement, and we aim to design our policy in such a way that it makes submitting Notifications of Alleged Infringement straightforward while helping us reduce the number of Notifications that we receive that are difficult to understand or verify or fraudulent. If you are a User of our Website (as defined in our User Agreement) and are concerned about the removal of or inability to access your content, please provide Accounting Outsourcing Europe with the written information specified below as a “Counter-Notification.” The forms specified below are in line with the forms suggested by the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the text of which can be found at http://www.copyright.gov).

DMCA NOTIFICATION OF ALLEGED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

To be considered valid, a Notification of Alleged Infringement must be submitted in writing and include the information specified below:

  1. Signature (either physical or electronic) of the owner, or of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyrighted material that has allegedly been infringed
  2. Identification of the copyrighted material which is claimed to have been infringed
  3. Identification of the material on the Website that is claimed to be infringing the copyrighted material, and that is to be investigated and eventually removed, or to which access is to be disabled
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit Accounting Outsourcing Europe to locate on the Website the material that is claimed to be infringing the copyrighted material
  5. Information reasonably sufficient to permit Accounting Outsourcing Europe to contact the party submitting the Notification, such as an e-mail address, physical address, and telephone contact details
  6. A statement that the party submitting the Notification believes in good faith that the use of the material on which the claim is based is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agents, or the law
  7. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information contained in the Notification is accurate, and that the party submitting the Notification is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyrighted material that has allegedly been infringed

DMCA COUNTER-NOTIFICATION

In the event you would like to dispute the removal of your material following a copyright infringement claim, please send a Counter-Notification to Accounting Outsourcing Europe, using either of the following channels:

To be considered valid, a Counter-Notification must be submitted in writing and include the information specified below:

  1. Signature (either physical or electronic) of the User, or a person authorized to act on behalf of the User.
  2. Identification of the material that, following a copyright infringement claim, has been removed or to which access has been disabled
  3. Location at which the material appeared prior to it being removed or access to it being disabled.
  4. A statement under penalty of perjury that the User believes in good faith that the material was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material infringing the copyrighted material.
  5. Information reasonably sufficient to permit Accounting Outsourcing Europe to contact the User submitting the Counter-Notification, such as an e-mail address, physical address, and telephone contact details
  6. One of the following two statements:

(a) If the User is located within the United States, a statement that the User consents to the jurisdiction of the United States federal district court for the judicial district in which the User’s address is located and will accept service of process from the party who provided the notification set forth above or its agent.

(b) If the User is located outside of the United States, a statement that the User consents to the jurisdiction of any United States federal district court and will accept service of process from the party who provided the notification set forth above or its agent.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the United States Copyright Act, false statements in a written Counter-Notification may lead to civil or criminal penalties. Please also be advised that Accounting Outsourcing Europe may also terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the Accounts of Users who are repeat infringers.
