Code of Conduct - Accounting Outsourcing Europe

Accounting Outsourcing Europe conducts its business in accordance with all applicable rules, regulations, and laws. We are committed to helping our Users act in a way that preserves trust and respect. The present Code of Conduct is meant as a guide to using our Website and Services in a suitable manner and must be followed by our Users at all times. Breaches to this Code may result in disciplinary action, up to, and including, termination of a User Account. We may then provide you with additional information regarding the suitable procedure(s) to follow, and address any concerns you may have.

As a condition to using our Website and Services, you agree to adhere at all times to the following principles, and understand and agree that failure to abide by this Code may result in disciplinary action.

Personal Behavior

  • Users are required to act ethically and with integrity.
  • Users are required to comply with all of Accounting Outsourcing Europe’s policies.
  • Users are required to respect the rights of all Users.
  • Users must not abuse confidential information, or participate in any other illegal practice.
  • Users must have regard for other Users’ interests, rights, and safety.
  • Users must not harass, bully or discriminate.
  • Users must not falsify their own or any other party’s identity and are required to provide true and accurate information.
  • Users must not agree to do work they are not capable of doing.
  • Users must not abuse the services offered by other Users.

User Content

Users are responsible for the content they post on the Website and:

  • Users must not post content that infringes upon any copyright or other intellectual property rights.
  • Users must not post content that violates any regulation or law.
  • Users must not post content that is defamatory.
  • Users must not post content that is obscene.
  • Users must not post content that includes incomplete, inaccurate, or false information about any person, product, or service.
  • Users must not post content that contains any viruses or similar programming routines intended to damage any system.
  • Users must not post content that creates liability for Accounting Outsourcing Europe or harms its business operations or its reputation.

Confidentiality

  • Users are required to respect confidentiality and privacy.
  • Users must not disclose information or documents they have acquired, other than as required by law or where authorization is given by Accounting Outsourcing Europe.

Contact

  • Prior to being selected as a Successful Bidder on a particular Project, Users must not ask other Users for their private contact details and are required to communicate with them only through official website features.

Fraud

  • Users must not engage in fraud.
  • Users must not create multiple accounts.
  • Users must not use the Website to illegally transfer funds.
  • Users must not use the Website to generate false feedback about any person, product, or service.

Communication

  • Users are required to avoid making exaggeration, derogatory remarks, and inappropriate references.
  • Users must not engage in personal attacks, negative or other unfair criticism, and any unprofessional conduct.

Bidding

  • Users must not underbid to avoid fees.
  • Users must not participate in projects involving illegal behavior.
  • Users are required to submit bids only on projects that they plan to complete.

Spam or Advertising

  • Users must not spam or advertise their website or services unless otherwise allowed.
  • Users must not obtain names from mailing lists, group e-mails, etc., to send unsolicited e-mails (“Spam”).

Affiliates

  • Users must notrefer themselves to the Affiliate Program.

Payments

  • Users must not use Accounting Outsourcing Europe to facilitate money exchange, including, but not limited to, cryptocurrency (e.g., bitcoin, ethereum, etc.).
  • Users initiating Projects are required to comply with their financial obligations (payment) after the work has been delivered by the Users they have selected to work on these particular Projects.
